- Charter Inclusions
Your charter includes: Captain, Crew, fuel, soft drinks, water, and ice.
- Important Information
- Dubai Coast Guard Regulations: Adherence to Dubai Coast Guard regulations is mandatory. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to violations.
- Identification Requirements: All guests must bring original identification. Tourists need to show their passport, while residents can present a passport or Emirates ID. Non-compliance may result in a fine up to AED 1,500 per person.
- Alcohol and Behavior: Excessive alcohol consumption and disruptive behavior are prohibited and may result in charter termination without refund.
- Safety Measures: Life jackets are mandatory if the Coast Guard issues a weather warning. Swimming after sunset or more than three meters from the vessel is prohibited. Jumping from the yacht while it is moving or anchored is not allowed and will lead to charter cancellation.
- Watersports: Third-party water activities like Jet Ski are not permitted unless booked through us to comply with insurance policies.
- Littering: Disposing of waste in the water is illegal and punishable by UAE law.
- Number of Guests
Confirm the final number of guests by the night before the charter. Any changes may affect catering and other arrangements.
- Catering Policy
- Final Numbers: Catering details must be confirmed the night before. Any changes or cancellations will incur full charges.
- Own Catering: Bringing your own catering is allowed. Catering team must bring their own cutlery and plates.
- Children Policy
- Supervision: The Captain and crew are responsible for the vessel’s operation, not for child supervision. Child supervision is the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Children under 10 must wear life jackets as required by the Coast Guard.
- Age Restrictions: Individuals under 21 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Attire
Footwear is not permitted on board. Please wear comfortable clothing.
- Damage Waiver and Liabilities
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival (cash). This covers potential damages, extra services, or additional charges.
- Damage Charges: Any damage caused by the client or their guests will be assessed and repaired at their expense. A quote for repairs will be sent to the client, with the amount charged to the deposit.
- Additional Charges: Any additional cleaning or fines resulting from non-compliance will be charged under the damage waiver.
- Liability: We accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, sickness, or death.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation Rights: We may cancel bookings due to adverse weather, mechanical issues, or Coast Guard restrictions, with full refunds issued in such cases.
- Cancellation Fees:
- 50% of the total charter cost will be charged if canceled 5 days before departure.
- 75% of the total charter cost will be charged if canceled 4 days before departure.
- 100% of the total charter cost will be charged if canceled 72 hours before departure.
- Charterer’s Rights: Cancellation is allowed without penalty if unsafe weather conditions or failure to provide agreed services occur.
- Contingency Plan: In the event we are unable to provide the agreed-upon yacht due to unsuitability from damage sustained during a previous charter or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the client one of the following options:
- A replacement yacht of equivalent standard and capacity.
- A full refund of the charter fee.
- Assistance in rescheduling the charter.
- Online Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED currency.
- Restrictions: We do not provide services to countries sanctioned by OFAC. Minors under 18 cannot register or make transactions on our website.
- Cardholder Responsibility: Any damage or policy violations will be charged to the cardholder.
- General Terms
- Governing Law: Disputes related to this website are governed by UAE law. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
- Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for content or issues arising from third-party sites linked from our website.
- Contracting Parties: The charter agreement is between the client and the yacht owner, represented by Yacht Charter Dubai. .
- Professional Crew: Our experienced captains and crew manage all navigational duties. Their decisions are final, and any disruptive behavior may lead to early termination of the charter.
